In 2006 Vox released a limited edition of the AC30 according to the Brian May specifications. It´s not in production anymore but you can get it used if you´re lucky. We made a page about this special amp, you´ll find it in the info-page section.

A new Info-Page for the AC30 Heritage Handwired model is online. It´s not in production anymore but has a good availability in used condition or as demo amp. Interesting because it´s a very special AC30 version with special features like the EF86 pentode. Go to the page here…

Circuit without the Fix
Since today, we are happy to feature a new article that explains the fix for the AC30HW tube issue. Thanks to Donpaul McAllister for providing this article and his effort in revealing this issue, gathering information and finally getting Vox to fix it for new production series.
